Finding the right therapist matters — someone who can support you, your child, or your family with skill, compassion, and evidence‑based care. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families, offering therapy that is flexible, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs.

I have specialized training and experience in trauma, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, substance use disorders, attachment issues, and behavioral challenges. I also support clients navigating depression, postpartum and peripartum depression, anxiety, and the emotional strain that comes with major life transitions.

My therapeutic approach integrates multiple evidence‑based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Medication‑Assisted Treatment (MAT), Play Therapy, and Parent‑Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). These approaches allow me to work effectively with a wide range of concerns — from emotional regulation and trauma recovery to parent‑child relationships and behavioral issues.

For children and families, I offer developmentally attuned interventions that strengthen communication, connection, and emotional safety. For adults, I provide structured, supportive therapy that helps you understand patterns, build coping skills, and create meaningful change.

You can find me in‑person and virtually through Connally Counseling, and virtually through Everlasting Hope, where I serve clients across the tri‑county area. Whether you’re seeking individual therapy, family therapy, or support for your child, my goal is to help you feel understood, empowered, and supported throughout your healing process.

If you’re ready to begin therapy or simply curious about how I can help, I’m here to walk with you every step of the way.
