Hello! I am Clara, and my therapy practice takes place on the traditional land of the first people of Seattle, the Dxʷdəwʔabš (Duwamish) people past and present.

I am a graduate student therapist currently pursuing a Master in Social Work (MSW) degree at the University of Washington. I also hold a B.A. in Psychology, and my approach to therapy is influenced by these two academic fields and their intersections with my own lived experiences and values. My queerness and neurodivergence have shaped and continue to shape both my personal and professional experiences, and are central to the exploration I undertake in therapeutic spaces alongside clients.

One key piece of my psychoeducation is studying evidence-based practices like CBT, RCT, and MI, along with their supporting research. The other dynamic piece of my education is personal interest in social psychology and anti-oppressive practice. This led me to develop a person-centered therapeutic style rooted in queer and feminist lenses. My practice is supervised by an experienced LICSW who is as dedicated to comprehensive care for you in the therapy space as I am.

I am excited to work with you, learn more about you, and respond to you with care and intention as we explore treatment tailored to you and your needs. Please don’t hesitate to reach out! General response time <24 hours, Monday through Friday.
