You have spent years trying to please everyone else and feeling like you’re falling short, overwhelmed and disconnected from your own needs. Now the burnout, resentment and overwhelm are getting harder to ignore. These are patterns I often see in people who please, caregivers, and high achievers who have put others needs first for too long.

You don’t have to keep doing this alone. Reaching out is a meaningful step, whether you’re seeking online or in person therapy. It’s a sign you’re ready for real, sustainable change that helps you feel loved, supported, and worthy, without having to put others first.

Together we’ll focus on you, while addressing any identity exploration, depression, anxiety and/or overwhelm you're carrying. You'll experience the support of parts work, somatic awareness and self-compassion, making every part of you feel seen, heard and valued. This work helps you trust your inner guidance and move toward the love, acceptance and healing you’ve been longing for.

My approach is guided by my commitment to social justice, queer community and the gifts and challenges of neurodiversity. I am also informed by my PhD in Education, BA in Psychology, current MSW studies at UM and 20 years experience as a professor of anti-racist Education.

I love traveling, exploring LGBTQ bookstores, hiking and spending time with my pets, friends and family. Please email or text me and I will get back to you in 24 hours to schedule a free consultation call. Even if I’m not the right fit for you, I’m happy to help you find someone who is.
