Understanding where our beliefs, feelings, and behaviors are coming from can be exhausting and frustrating. I work to provide a supportive, safe place where you are able to comfortably process your attitudes, assumptions, and expectations about the world around you. I will approach with a strong sense of sincerity, authenticity, and willingness to learn about your emotional well-being. Together, we can explore your various identities, uncover the roots of your systems, and gain an overall deeper understanding into who you are. I consider my approach to therapy to be very authentic in that I aim to create a relaxed and welcoming environment where I also work as a guide in your journey.

I received a bachelors of arts in Psychology at Michigan State University with minors in both LGBTQ+ studies and women’s studies. I got my Masters from New Mexico State University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. When I was receiving my graduate degree, I worked with a lot of different people in the community where I provided therapy services focused on impulse control, anxiety, life changes, and depression.

I draw from a variety of evidence based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Existential therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. My goal is to provide a space that feels comfortable and safe for you to share your feelings and struggles and not feel judgement. Whether you are struggling with life changes, purpose, grief, anxiety, loneliness, or much more, I look forward to providing you with support on your own journey toward mental health and well-being.

When I’m not in the office, I will usually be climbing a mountain, swimming, reading, playing volleyball, doing anything creative, or hanging out with friends
