Are you someone who has spent years pushing through life, yet secretly longs for a moment to pause and grieve? Do you feel stuck in painful relational patterns, knowing they originated somewhere, but not knowing how to break free? If you are tired of merely coping and are ready to ask the big, essential questions about your life, I'm here to help you begin that deep, meaningful work. My practice is for clients who are seeking more than just symptom relief—they are seeking insight, clarity, and enduring self-knowledge.

My practice is rooted in the belief that your past powerfully informs your present, but it does not have to define your future. I am an insight-oriented therapist, drawing primarily from mindfulness, humanistic, and existential traditions that I believe can help us excavate painful histories, root in the present, and transform our futures. My style is warm, collaborative, and deeply non-judgmental, yet I will challenge you when necessary to push toward transformative growth.

I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and completed my MSW from the University of Michigan. I’m passionate about the intersection between the macro levels of culture and society and mental health.

I will be residing outside of the U.S. in Taichung, Taiwan which will limit my availability and hours I can be contacted. As a result, currently I'm not taking on any new clients and will only be considering new clients on a case by case basis via telehealth in the future after I've relocated.
