Hello! My name is Sarah and I am a Graduate student therapist.

As a first-generation child of immigrants, I understand how difficult it can be to start the therapeutic journey. I believe that healing is not linear and that there is no one way to heal, cope, and thrive. I use a strengths-based and empowerment approach and take a holistic view on healing.  I understand that you are the expert in your own experiences and would be honored to be a part of your healing journey.

Before beginning my Master of Social Work program at the University of Michigan, I worked as an Advocate for survivors of sexual violence at the Michigan State University Center for Survivors. While at MSU, I received my Trauma-Informed Care certificate and look forward to bringing those experiences with me to Connally Counseling.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, baking, and trying new coffee shops.
